Question 1

How fast will you quote?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the job. Standard items are priced fast — as soon as we have the dimensions, quantity or a description. Complex objects — rooftop installations, exhibition stands, retail fixtures — are priced after a sketch or a site survey, and we tell you the exact timing when you get in touch.

Question 2

Do I need a finished layout?

Accepted Answer

No. Our designer will develop the layout to your brief, a technologist will prepare the technical specification, and before production we show the product as a 3D visualisation. If you already have a layout, send it in any format: PDF, AI, CDR, PNG.

Question 3

What warranty do you give?

Accepted Answer

The warranty depends on the product: from 1 to 5 years. We state the exact term for your order in the quote and fix it in the contract. If there is a defect we refund or replace the item, and we service installed structures for the whole warranty period.

Question 4

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

We work under a contract. The prepayment depends on the project — its scope, complexity and deadline — and we state it in the quote. Regular corporate clients get a resident card: it lets you order with no prepayment and no queue. That helps when a payment cannot be made over the weekend but the finished run is needed on Monday morning. Regular clients also get a flexible system of discounts and bonuses.

Question 5

Do you install?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our own crews install signs, rooftop structures, stands and retail fixtures and service them afterwards.

Question 6

Do you work outside Tashkent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver across Uzbekistan and take on the transport risks, and our crews travel to the regions. Products and materials come directly from partners in China, Russia, Europe, the USA and Dubai, with no middlemen — that keeps the cost low from the start and gives you a better price.

Question 7

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

For outdoor advertising, fixtures and stands — from a single item. For promo products, apparel and print the minimum batch depends on the printing technology — we will price your volume and tell you where the unit price gets better.

Question 8

Can you make it in time for our event?

Accepted Answer

We run a dedicated shift for rush orders. Tell us the date — we will plan production, delivery and installation so that everything is ready ahead of time.
